Mr. Sohair Khoja is a Civil Engineer and the Founder & CEO of Spatial Concepts, Karachi, established in 2000. He has been associated with the Aga Khan Development Network for more than three decades and has served on the boards of the Aga Khan Education Service, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), and Aga Khan Foundation Pakistan. He most recently served as Director at AKRSP, a position he held for over a decade. In addition to his extensive experience in the development sector and architectural practice, Mr. Khoja is an accredited mediator and one of 18 KCDR-accredited mediators in Pakistan.
He conducts mediations through KCDR and has received formal training in mediation from the IFC–World Bank. He has conducted more than 100 trainings on mediation and conflict resolution locally and internationally. He also serves as visiting faculty at Sir Syed University, ICAP, and Aga Khan Higher Secondary School (AKHSS).
