Dr. Ayesha Khan, CEO of Akhter Hameed Khan Foundation and a public health specialist, with 20 years policy and program experience in urban poverty reduction and participatory development. Her research focuses on women’s economic engagement and reproductive health decision making through local sustainable enterprise and self-sufficiency models. Previously she has worked in the Ministry of Health and as a health-gender consultant with UN Agencies.
