His professional experience spans education initiatives with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, technical assistance to the World Bank on the Thar Coal Project, and a national-level programme with the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, which partnered with 85 development organisations across 70 districts of Pakistan.
During his tenure with Save the Children, Mr. Samoo contributed to the transformation of TRDP from a relief and rehabilitation project into an integrated rural development organisation. His research has been published by renowned institutions, including Oxford University Press, and he has presented his research findings at various national and international conferences.
