Project Activities
Project activities were implemented in two phases: The first phase (July–September 2024) focused on regular community engagements and demand generation for routine immunization while the second phase (October–December 2024) were dedicated to testing prototypes in Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit Baltistan. The project has so far outreached 46,163 out of 65,000 caregivers (71%) through community mobilization and has rolled out HCD prototypes across all 16 districts. The Project has now entered the iteration phase, where these prototypes will be tested and refined. The overall activity encompasses demand generation for routine immunization through social mobilization, implementation of HCD prototypes, and coordination with stakeholders, including district and provincial EPI offices.
