Mr. Sohair Khoja is a Civil Engineer by profession who established his own architectural firm in 2000. He has been an active part of the Aga Khan Development Network for more than three decades, and been part of the boards of Aga Khan Education Service, Aga Khan Rural Support Program and the Aga Khan Foundation. Most recently, he served at the director at AKRSP, a position that he held for more than a decade.
In addition to his work in the development space, and as a civil engineer, Mr. Khjoaj is also an accredited mediator. He is one of the 18 KCDR accredited mediators in Pakistan, executing mediations at the KCDR, leveraging his formal training by the IFC-World Bank. He has conducted over one hundred trainings on mediation and conflict resolution to date locally and internationally. Additionally, he is part of visiting faculty at Sir Syed Univerity, ICAB and AKHSS
