As a central platform for the RSPs, the RSPN facilitated and coordinated relief efforts amongst the various RSPs. RSPN worked closely with its partner RSPs in the four provinces to help expedite relief efforts. RSPN also coordinate with other agencies undertaking relief work, to avoid duplication, and in this regard liaised with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and the relevant Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMAs).
Another role of RSPN was to monitor the progress of the project and ensure quality control.
